About the Role:

We are actively seeking a dynamic and motivated Data Analyst to join our Data Analytics team. Your role will involve leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) to design and implement predictive data models, focused on optimizing operations across social media, digital marketing, and market research. Collaborating with various cross-functional teams, you'll help develop a state-of-the-art data platform that supports our fast-growing, early-stage startup.

Primary Roles & Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Operations, Product, and Data Engineering teams to develop scalable analytics and reporting solutions.
• Query, transform, and analyze large datasets to drive business decisions.
• Create dynamic, rich dashboards using in-house and third-party tools like Tableau.
• Employ and train AI models to develop innovative data products for both internal and external purposes.
• Automate analytical processes where applicable for efficiency and scalability.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Leverage both structured and unstructured data to boost customer business performance.
• Manage data project deployments across diverse functions and stakeholders.
• Ensure data quality and develop a deep understanding of data models and business domains.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or Engineering.
• 2-4 years' expertise in a quantitative role, ideally within a similar industry.
• Demonstrable skills in Python, SQL, and data visualization tools like Tableau.
• Experience with Generative AI and deployment of LLM models in production environments.
• Excellent ability to communicate complex technical details effectively across all levels of the organization.
