Job Description:
As a BI Data Analyst at IFS, you will be pivotal in transforming data into insights that drive our service operations forward. You will be responsible for the collection, preparation, and analysis of operational data, collaborating with key leadership to enhance our service delivery through actionable KPIs and analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and compile data from various systems to provide actionable insights and KPIs.
- Develop a deep understanding of data and reporting systems to optimize processes and reporting capabilities.
- Create and enhance business analytics, interactive dashboards, and reports to drive performance and revenue growth.
- Engage with end-users to tailor reporting and analytics that align with strategic goals and enable effective decision-making.
- Design and deliver detailed reports and dashboards to a broad audience, including executive leadership.
- Identify process improvements and gaps to enhance data integrity and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in data management, analysis, and visualization in a dynamic environment.
- Advanced skills in Excel and familiarity with Power BI or similar tools; SQL proficiency is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to change and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, with a keen ability to listen and provide data-driven insights.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
