Position: Data Analyst - Indianapolis, IN

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze clinical trial data focusing on aspects such as turnaround time, backlog, and sample eligibility.
  • Regularly present insightful data analyses to management.
  • Support client budgeting processes with precise data analytics.
  • Collaborate with business partners to refine their data support system.
  • Conduct exploratory data analyses to drive business insights.
  • Provide backup support for managing logistics of clinical trial supplies and shipments.

What We Require:

  • A BS minimum in Biology or a related scientific field; additional Statistics education is beneficial.
  • Solid understanding of clinical trial structures and in-depth data analysis.
  • Proven experience with Power BI and proficient in creating dashboards.
  • Skills in building queries and automating data processes.
  • Proficiency in Excel, including macro creation, and familiarity with R or similar coding languages.
  • Exceptional organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
