The Perceptyx People Analytics, Research, & Insights team is a growing team that deeply analyses people data, empowers through insights, and urges action through our perspective. Collectively, the team consolidates various data points to address a wide variety of real-world challenges for our customers (large organizations across numerous industries). They also shape market beliefs about people and work, and influence practitioners and leaders on listening and action strategies. We are currently hiring an analyst who will be responsible for collaborating with our internal team of data scientists and consultants, extracting insights from various data sources to assess the impact of their changes.

What You Will Do:
- Cooperate across Perceptyx teams and directly with our customers to deliver consistent customer experience as part of the customer project teams.
- Execute complex statistical analyses with large datasets.
- Conduct original research within specific customers, across customers, and within the marketplace.
- Create visual and written representations of complex analyses for the customer and internal project teams.
- Design research methodologies to address novel research questions that showcase the value of employee listening and action.
- Maintain and report case studies, findings, and recommendations for the People Analytics team.
- Define research methodologies for translation into software product platforms for our Data Scientists.
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in any of the following fields: Statistics, People Analytics, Social Science Research, Data Analysis.
- 3 - 5 years or more of relevant experience managing large and complex data sets.
- Experience in Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) or B2B Software Industry preferred.
- Proficient in Google G suite, MS Office Suite, R, Python, Tableau preferred.
- Deeply analytical; can work efficiently in resolving ambiguous projects.
- Solid understanding of statistics and applying scientific method to data using algorithms. Familiarity with machine learning techniques is beneficial.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, data visualization) and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with both business and technical teams, gathering complex business requirements and identifying data needs and strategies.
- Enjoys working in a team-oriented environment with people of diverse backgrounds and experiences.
Compensation: Perceptyx is focused on equitable pay for all employees and strives for pay practice transparency. This position has a salary range of $110,000 to $115,000. The above range signifies the expected base salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary depending on several factors, including relevant skills/experience, time in the role, line of business, and geographic/office location.
