Job Description

Responsibilities

• Develop pricing hypotheses to boost revenue and profitability in collaboration with business owners.
• Launch and implement successful pricing A/B tests.
• Estimate the business impact of pricing algorithms through dashboards and reports.
• Maintain sustainable production solutions.
• Operationally monitor key metrics and identify causes of deviations from expected values.

Requirements

Experience & Education

• 3+ years in an analytics-focused role; e-commerce experience is a plus.
• BA in Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
• Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Economics, Mathematics, or Computer Science preferred.
• Experience in pricing optimization is highly valued.

Technical Skills

• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Familiarity with A/B testing and basic statistical knowledge.
• Understanding of orchestrator concepts and writing DAGs, preferably in Airflow.
• Strong skills in Power BI (Power Query, Power Pivot, Power View, DAX).
• Familiarity with FastAPI is preferred.
• Ability to work with large datasets and draw business-relevant conclusions.
• B2+ level in English.

• Good understanding of e-commerce marketing and business processes.
• Ability to find growth points and formulate implementation plans for optimizations.
• Independent and fact-driven mindset.
• Capability to handle data uncertainties and ask the right questions.
