Product Data Analyst - Remote Opportunity

Location Requirement: While this is a remote position, candidates must reside within 30 miles of either Portland, ME; Boston, MA; Washington, DC; Dallas, TX; or San Jose, CA.

About the Role

We are seeking a driven and analytical Product Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be a thought leader within our Product division, using data and analytics to guide pivotal product decisions. Collaborating closely with your assigned product teams, you'll provide the insights necessary to develop and operate top-tier digital products. Your contributions will help us deepen our understanding of our customers and enhance their product experiences.

How You'll Make an Impact

Thought Leadership: Collaborate with product teams to lead critical analyses, including customer journey mapping, in-product flow analysis, and cohort analysis, to inform our product development.

Improve Product: Utilize analytics to reveal patterns and trends in user behavior, identifying key areas for improvement.

Implementation: Partner with product and technology teams to develop measurement plans and ensure relevant data integration for driving product analytics.

Lead Business Intelligence & Reporting: Work with stakeholders to create, deploy, and maintain dashboards and reporting systems, facilitating operations, insights, and strategic decisions.

Experience You'll Bring

Required Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of hands-on product analytics experience, including exposure to agile/scrum processes, product backlog grooming, etc.
  • Experience with in-product data analyses, such as customer journey mapping, audience profiling/segmentation, and cohort/mix analysis.
  • 2+ years of hands-on data analytics experience with tools like SQL (traditional or PL), Tableau (or similar visualization tool), Python, R, or another scripting language.
  • Experience driving product management using insights and hypothesis testing.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of hands-on product analytics experience with exposure to agile/scrum processes, product backlog grooming, etc.
  • 2+ years of experience analyzing in-product data, including analyses such as customer journey mapping, audience profiling/segmentation, and cohort/mix analysis.
  • 3+ years of hands-on data analytics experience with tools like SQL (traditional or PL), Tableau (or similar visualization tool), Python, R, or another scripting language.
  • 1+ years of experience in driving product management using insights and hypothesis testing.

Compensation and Benefits

The base pay for this position ranges from $82,000.00 to $109,000.00. Actual pay rates will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skills, and competencies. Base pay is just one component of our comprehensive compensation package. Most sales positions are eligible for commission, while non-sales roles may receive quarterly or annual bonuses.
