Vanguard’s Chief Data and Analytics Office (CDAO) is actively seeking a Senior Data Analyst to enhance our client measures and insights, propelling the Vanguard Personal Investor experience to new heights. This pivotal role focuses on developing actionable insights, leading experimentation, and revolutionizing our client health ecosystem.

Core Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will:

• Lead end-to-end analysis from identifying core issues to delivering sustainable solutions.
• Design and execute rigorous experiments in collaboration with key business and analytics partners.
• Engage with internal partners to refine business strategies, addressing critical questions and objectives.
• Drive the development and application of advanced analytic methods and machine learning to unearth key trends and insights.
• Deliver compelling visualizations and presentations, translating complex analytics into clear, actionable strategies for top-level stakeholders.
• Maintain and enhance recurring analytic processes and mentor peers in data visualization techniques.
• Contribute to Vanguard’s analytics community through mentorship and training while keeping abreast of industry trends.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of eight years in a related analytics role.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
