Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our dynamic team at Glints! Your primary role involves maintaining precise sales data within CRM systems, managing sales reporting, and assisting in the upkeep of various sales automation tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate and current sales data in CRM systems, document new leads, sales activities, and ensure data integrity.
• Create and manage sales reports, dashboards, and performance metrics; oversee the automation of reports for improved accessibility.
• Present management reports to internal stakeholders in weekly sales meetings and monthly management committee meetings.
• Document sales processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures.
• Assist in managing and maintaining sales tools and software, including CRM systems and sales automation tools.

Qualifications:

• A degree in Management, Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or Economics is preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in business development, data analytics, corporate planning, or sales strategy. Should be enthusiastic about working in a startup environment.
• Intermediate to Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and GSuite (Gsheets, Gdocs, Gslides, Gdrive, Gmail).
• Prior experience with a CRM tool is a plus.
• Experience with analytical platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or Google Looker Studio is advantageous.

Additional Notes:

This is a hybrid role requiring three days of work from office (WFO) and two days of work from home (WFH) each week. Our office is located in Makati City.
