Job Responsibilities

As a Data Analyst, you will:

• Gain deep insights into data management processes, including Customer ID linkage, data warehousing, and querying with Snowflake.
• Collaborate with the Architect to enhance data literacy, profile, analyze, investigate, and resolve data knowledge gaps within the organization's data landscape.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of source system datasets, identify Critical Data Elements (CDEs), business keys, and other relevant data attributes.
• Profile data lakes, identify ingestion gaps, and ensure comprehensive data coverage.
• Create and document data flows, map them to business processes, and establish source-to-target mapping requirements for smooth data integration.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Proven experience as a Technical Data Analyst with a focus on Snowflake.
• Strong proficiency in data profiling, analysis, and interpretation using SQL, Python, and commercial off-the-shelf software.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities with a proactive mindset.
• Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Exposure to AWS Cloud Platform and Big Query is preferred.

Compensation

We offer a competitive salary range that considers various factors, including skill sets, experience, office location, training, certifications, and other business needs. The salary range for this position is $45,864 to $101,520. Note that this range only reflects the base salary and does not include benefits or potential equity or variable bonus programs.
