What you will be doing: The selected candidate will join the Business Intelligence team, working closely with internal stakeholders to identify business needs and analytical opportunities. This role is based at our head office in Milan, where you will help the growth of the Satispay Group (Italy, Luxembourg, France and soon other countries) in various tasks such as: - Deliver significant impact to the product through research and rigorous data-driven solution implementation - Conduct analysis on product usage and performance data - Analyze large data sets, extract insights, and provide recommendations to drive product decisions - Design A/B testing to optimize and steer future product developments - Maintain and create new dashboards to track metrics and visualize insights - Manage current analytic solutions, including modernization/standardization, troubleshooting, and maintenance as needed - Stay updated with industry trends to evolve the organization and ensure the use of best-in-class technologies and techniques - Enhance Satispay's data-driven culture by conducting ad-hoc analyses What we need: We aim to attract talented professionals who share our passion for Satispay's potential, who believe that healthy, enduring companies are built from people's experiences and have positive impacts on people's lives. You Have: - 3+ years of professional experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics - Skill to apply high-level analytical, statistical, and quantitative problem-solving ability to different scenarios and make recommendations based on outcomes - Extensive knowledge of SQL, Python, or R - Experience with Looker, Tableau, or similar technology - Experience in Product Analytics is a plus - A meticulous attention to detail and willingness to execute complex projects - Fluency in spoken and written English You are: - Highly organized and able to work both in a team and independently - An excellent communicator, able to simplify complex, ambiguous topics and create compelling narratives for different audiences - A quick learner who adapts rapidly - Excited to take on new challenges and work under pressure in a fast-paced international environment - A proactive thinker with the ability to think outside the box - Detail-oriented, easy-going, entrepreneurial, and passionate about the financial industry Knowing French or other European languages is a plus. Logistics & Salary: The role is based in Milan with a hybrid work policy. We offer a competitive salary, commensurate with experience. A stock option plan is also available.
