Job Responsibilities

As a Fixed Income Data Analyst, you will:

• Conduct detailed data analysis using a variety of data sources and tools to verify and update bond data.
• Research new global data requirements and maintain a comprehensive database of data sources.
• Coordinate with other modelers and coding groups for data validation.
• Participate in global market research and tracking for FTSE Russell Fixed Income Indices.
• Perform quantitative research for index historical simulations.
• Support FTSE Fixed Income Index by creating and maintaining indexes and index reports.
• Collaborate with index development teams to streamline existing processes.

Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate will have:

• A degree or equivalent experience in Economics, Finance, Math, Computer Science, or Engineering.
• A positive attitude and eagerness to continually upskill.
• The ability to deliver timely, high-quality work.
• Proficiency in managing multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• An organized, well-researched, and thoughtful approach to work.
• Energy, determination, resourcefulness, analytical skills, and outstanding communication abilities.
• Knowledge of the fixed income market (a plus).

Compensation and Benefits (New York Applicants Only)

We offer a competitive compensation package, with an anticipated base salary ranging from $60,200 to $112,000, subject to geographic location. Employees are also eligible for our Annual Incentive Plan (bonus plan) and LSEG Benefits program, which includes health and wellness allowances, paid time-off, medical, dental, vision, and more.
