About this Role

Reporting to the Director, IT, as a Generative AI Scientist, you will harness generative AI models to devise groundbreaking internal products for various team challenges. You will lead the design and implementation, and help teams leverage these solutions to transform their operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design sessions to develop strategies for generative AI implementations.
• Create, test, and deploy AI models that improve performance and efficiency.
• Collaborate with experts to integrate AI solutions into existing products.
• Adjust AI algorithms to meet scalability and efficiency demands.
• Ensure robustness and reliability of AI solutions through thorough testing.
• Translate technical details into clear business benefits for team understanding.
• Develop strategic AI roadmaps aligned with Mission Cloud's goals.
• Stay at the forefront of AI technology and research to enhance capabilities.
• Prepare technical documentation and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
• Engage in strategic initiatives to keep our AI technologies innovative.
• Generate persuasive content on generative AI advancements for marketing.

Requirements

• Proven experience in deploying generative AI models in practical settings.
• Strong programming skills in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks.
• Deep understanding of architectures like GANs and VAEs.
• Experience with NLP and computer vision applications in AI.
• Expertise in data manipulation, statistical analysis, and model evaluation.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and a drive for continuous learning.
• Required certifications in AWS Solution Architect and Machine Learning within specified timelines.
