About the GTN Master Data Analyst Role

As a GTN Master Data Analyst at Pfizer, you will take on primary responsibility for membership-related activities including customer registration and master data maintenance. You will collaborate effectively with colleagues in various global locations, ensuring smooth operational processes and high standards in data management.

Your proactive approach will be essential in identifying, communicating, and resolving issues, as well as initiating process improvements. This role is vital in managing inquiries from internal stakeholders and external customers, aiming to exceed operational needs and enhance business outcomes.

What You Will Do:

• Oversee the Membership Work in Process (WIP) lines.
• Ensure accurate and timely management of customer records in the Reltio system.
• Build and maintain relationships with both external and internal customers.
• Address a large volume of membership and eligibility queries.
• Work closely with Chargeback analysts to troubleshoot and resolve WIP line errors.
• Conduct project research related to Memberships and participate in GTN initiatives as needed.

This position requires a high level of proficiency in MS Excel along with exceptional accuracy and attention to detail. Organizational skills are critical, as you will handle a high volume of transactions.

Requirements for the Role:

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• A Bachelor’s degree or career progression in Business or Finance from an accredited institution.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Fluency in English with strong oral and written communication skills.
