Job Opportunity: Healthcare Research & Data Analyst

We are hiring an Analyst to join our US Market Access Insights team in Bangalore. The Market Access Content Team is composed of approximately 50 experts and is led by the Senior Manager. This full-time analyst position involves researching and writing content related to United States market access, with a strong focus on analyzing national managed care organizations. The successful candidate will utilize appropriate research techniques to transform data into actionable insights for our clients.

About You - Experience, Education, Skills, and Accomplishments

• Masters degree in pharmacy, life sciences, or biotechnology is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare company analysis, market research, or US market access is required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
• Interest in writing for a business/professional audience with excellent writing skills.
• Ability to distill complex information and strategies succinctly under tight deadlines.
• Solid understanding of market access issues, market research processes, and the US healthcare marketplace including government programs such as Medicaid and Medicare.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; skills in SQL, Python, and Tableau are a plus.
• Able to collaborate with other analysts and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines with great attention to detail.

Role Responsibilities

The US Market Access Analyst will utilize the following skills:

• Primary and secondary market research.
• Business writing.
• Knowledge of US healthcare systems.

As part of this role, you will:

• Research, develop, and produce high-quality content for assigned insight products and other projects, adhering to weekly and monthly deadlines.
• Review, prioritize, and analyze data to provide in-depth qualitative analysis for decision-makers within the biopharmaceutical industries.
• Track news and monitor industry trends to understand the roles of payers, PBMs, pharmacies, Federal and local government insurers, employers, specialty pharmacies, insurance, and formulary dynamics.
