About The Role:

As a Product Data Scientist at Veho, you will be an integral part of our dynamic team that includes data scientists, engineers, and machine learning experts. Join us to develop solutions that enhance our logistics network and user experiences. You will work closely with product managers to define key business issues, develop insights for daily operations, and leverage state-of-the-art technology to build data-driven products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gaining an understanding of business contexts and collecting specific requirements
• Developing and maintaining reliable products to monitor our AI/ML capabilities
• Providing educational insights on model impacts and changes to stakeholders and leadership
• Establishing robust data pipelines to support comprehensive analyses
• Ensuring high standards of data quality and integrity through best practices in data integration
• Assessing the impact and effectiveness of model changes through experimental analysis

What You Bring:

• Relevant Bachelor’s Degree with 2+ years of experience, or Master’s Degree with 1+ years in Data Science/Data Engineering
• Expertise in statistical modeling or machine learning to address business challenges
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and dashboarding
• Experience with open source tools (Python, numpy) and large-scale data processing systems (e.g., Spark)
• Familiarity with analytical relational databases such as Redshift, BigQuery, or Snowflake
• Background in vehicle routing or logistics is advantageous but not mandatory
