We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic Entry-Level Quality Management Data Analyst to enhance our MIDS Program's proficient team at Peraton. Key Responsibilities

• Offer support to program and project managers by implementing best organizational practices.
• Conduct process and product evaluations to ensure strict adherence to policies and standards.
• Engage in technical and administrative duties including audits, reporting, and root cause analysis.
• Develop and maintain the process assets library containing all crucial documentation and templates.
• Communicate effectively with both external and internal customers to ensure the delivery of quality project outputs.

Qualifications

Required:

• Recent graduates with BS/BA or individuals with 4+ years of experience without a degree.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Data Analytics experience is a must.
• Applicants must have resided in the U.S. for at least three out of the last five years.
• U.S. Citizenship is required alongside the ability to secure and maintain necessary clearances.

Preferred:

• Hands-on experience in software development environments, including familiarity with project lifecycle stages from requirements analysis to testing and maintenance.

Compensation and Benefits
