What You'll Do

As a Senior Data Analyst, you will:

• Analyze intricate product challenges using extensive customer usage data.
• Forge actionable insights to steer strategy and product development.
• Construct and oversee operational dashboards to track essential business metrics.
• Liaise with Data Lake and Product teams to perfect data ingestion and pipeline efficiency.
• Champion data-driven problem solving to boost customer engagement and product uptake.
• Collaborate with R&D ensuring robust data integrity and accuracy.
• Mentor fellow team members, enhancing the analytical capabilities of the team.

Your Expertise

The ideal candidate will possess:

• 3-5 years of substantive experience in a data analytics or related role.
• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related quantitative field, preferably from a tier 1/2 college.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python/R/Julia/Scala.
• Proven capability in handling BI tools like Looker, Tableau, or similar.
• Experience in a B2B SaaS environment, with a keen understanding of quantitative user behavior analysis.
• A track record of delivering insightful analytics to senior and executive teams.
