Position Overview: Senior Data Analyst

We are eager to welcome a proficient Senior Data Analyst with a deep understanding of SQL, expertise in various Business Intelligence (BI) tools, and experience in managing large data sets and stakeholder relationships. Your role will be pivotal in harnessing data to shape strategic decisions and propel 6sense’s technology forward.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, maintain, and refine SQL queries and scripts for robust data analysis.
• Create impactful dashboards and visual reports using BI tools such as Tableau and Microsoft Power BI.
• Enhance data storage solutions, ensuring streamlined data access and security.
• Collaborate across teams to meet tech and business requirements, delivering tailored data insights.
• Integrate Big Data frameworks for comprehensive analysis alongside our experienced Big Data team.
• Ensure data integrity through meticulous data profiling, cleansing, and validation.
• Maintain awareness of the latest trends in data analysis, BI tools, and storage technologies.

Qualifications:

• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field. Master's preferred.
• Minimum 4 years experience in a Data Analyst role or similar.
• Expertise in SQL and familiar with databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL.
• Practical experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Knowledge of data storage configurations, including data lakes and warehouses.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with diverse teams.
• Experience with Big Data technologies like Hadoop or Spark is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex datasets into strategic insights.
