About Your Role

As a Senior Data Analyst, you will:

• Collaborate with product, engineering, finance, and operations teams to develop key datasets, data models, and analyses that drive product innovation.
• Gain expertise in data from operational systems like CRM or ERP software to improve reporting and analytics.
• Create SQL queries and develop datasets for comprehensive product and operational performance reviews.
• Construct tools and dashboards for automated reporting, enabling timely and accurate insights into product and process efficiency.
• Proactively discover opportunities for data analytics to contribute value, maintaining a keen sense of data trends and anomalies.

What You Bring to the Team

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in BI, Data Analytics, Data Engineering, focusing on user and behavioral analytics.
• Proficient in SQL, data modeling, ETL, and data pipelining.
• Strong skills in QA to ensure data integrity and accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced tech or SaaS company.
• Knowledge of end-to-end data handling tools like Hex, Looker, Snowflake, and programming in Python.
• Understanding of financial and accounting principles.
