Senior Data Analyst at ProductGuideline

ProductGuideline is seeking a talented Senior Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our Product, Revenue, Finance, and Engineering teams to drive our product initiatives forward.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand analytical requirements and define metrics accurately.
• Identify, standardize, and document key metrics for clarity and consistency.
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports to provide stakeholders with real-time insights.
• Monitor dashboards continuously to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Utilize advanced analytics techniques to extract meaningful insights from complex datasets.
• Translate data findings into actionable recommendations that drive strategic decision-making.
• Proactively identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to uncover hidden opportunities or risks.
• Communicate findings effectively to non-technical stakeholders through clear visualizations and presentations.
• Provide training and support to stakeholders on data interpretation and analysis tools, empowering them to make data-driven decisions independently.

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience in an analytical capacity, preferably in marketing or sales domains.
• Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with reporting tools such as CRM systems and Excel/Google Sheets. Experience with Looker and Big Query is a plus.
• Demonstrated experience with regression analysis, A/B testing, and various modeling techniques.
• Ability to communicate data insights effectively through clear visualizations to non-technical team members.
• Strong inclination to collaborate with multiple teams and effectively prioritize tasks within a dynamic environment.

Offer Package

The expected salary range for this position is $111,500 - $140,000 annually. Compensation is determined by numerous factors such as your qualifications, experience, and work location.
