About the job
This position is crucial for driving insights and strategic decisions that result in measurable growth across Twilio websites and core products. You will be responsible for analytics of our global websites to provide detailed insight into the behavior and interests of web visitors, prospects, and customers worldwide. You will develop and implement a robust web measurement framework while managing our GA4 implementation to ensure stakeholders can continuously track the impact of their launches, optimizations, A/B tests, personalized experiences, and design decisions. You will be part of a highly visible Strategy & Analytics team that serves as a trusted advisor to leadership for measurement, forensic analysis, and insights across the entire customer journey. Collaborate with a diverse team in the areas of Web, Marketing, Product, Growth Engineering, Corporate Communications, and Sales to implement end-to-end web analytics solutions that have a direct impact on Twilio’s growth.

The projected salary ranges for this role are as follows:
Based in Colorado: $132,320 - $165,400.
Based in New York, Washington State or California (outside the San Francisco Bay Area): $140,080 - $175,100.
Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, California: $155,600 - $194,500.
This role may qualify for participation in Twilio’s equity plan. All roles are eligible for the following benefits: health care insurance, 401(k) retirement account, paid sick time, paid personal time off, paid parental leave.
The starting salary of the successful candidate will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and location.
