Role Summary

As an essential member of our Enterprise Technology Group, the Data Scientist will influence Ford’s future mobility by leveraging advanced technologies. Located within the Voice of Customer (VoC) team, part of the Workplace Technology Customer Experience organization, this position is pivotal in shaping the employee technology experience by extracting insights and promoting actionable improvements.

Key Responsibilities

You will:

  • Identify and integrate diverse data sets, ensuring their accuracy and integrity.
  • Create and manage metrics, dashboards, and surveys to extract key business insights.
  • Collaborate with IT partners and CX Strategy & Design teams to push both immediate and long-term enhancements based on employee feedback.
  • Develop comprehensive reports and analysis for various stakeholder needs.
  • Use data & analytics to guide the strategic direction of IT products and services.
  • Merge qualitative and quantitative data to form a unified view of our technology landscape.
  • Suggest improvements in metrics, analysis techniques, and strategies.
  • Create compelling visual narratives from datasets to illustrate analytical insights.

Minimum Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • An advanced degree in Data Science, Predictive Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience with analytic & development platforms, including SQL, R, Python, and Java.
  • Proven expertise in handling large datasets and familiarity with the Medallia platform (Medallia Administrator Certification is a plus).
