Position Overview: Senior Data Analytics Engineer

As a Senior Data Analytics Engineer, you’ll immerse yourself into a culture where data impacts every decision across all tiers of our operation. Your role will cover a broad spectrum, involving tasks from designing to analyzing and automating data solutions. You’ll work within our hybrid agile scrum team setup, ensuring that your efforts in data solutions are both effective and aligned with strategic business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architecting comprehensive data solutions seamlessly integrating with our DnA Platform.
  • Collaborating within the DnA team to understand project requirements fully using the scrum framework.
  • Employing modern tools such as Snowflake, Atlan, Fivetran, Docker, AWS, and Astronomer (Airflow) to enhance data solution management.
  • Leading the development, testing, and implementation of data pipelines.
  • Mentoring team members and driving the integration of CI/CD principles in our operations.
  • Developing and maintaining essential documentation like data dictionaries and flow diagrams.

What We Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Informatics, Computer Science or similar fields.
  • At least 5 years of experience in data engineering with extensive knowledge of cloud data warehousing and data pipeline construction.
  • Expertise in SQL, Python, Airflow, and GitHub.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD principles and a strong grasp of data security practices.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Advanced experience with big data and real-time data processing.
  • Experience with Snowflake, Kafka, and tools like Power BI and Tableau.
  • Knowledge in healthcare or medical device sectors is advantageous.
