Capgemini is excited to announce an opening for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Product Analyst to join our team, working remotely from Brazil, Argentina, or Mexico.

Job Responsibilities
- Build and manage Personal Lines auto, home, and umbrella off-balance builds.
- Gain a thorough understanding of Personal Lines insurance, company products, and rate revision processes.
- Develop tools to adjust base rates and achieve specific rate levels for each state and product.
- Calculate policy premiums using current rates and proposed adjustments.
- Identify data defects and discrepancies.
- Troubleshoot tools and document changes.
- Manage deadlines and deliverables.
- Collaborate with State Management, Data, Analytics, Project, and Implementation teams to ensure timely and correct tool usage.
Job Requirements
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience.
- Fluent in English.
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative discipline.
- Excellent data, technical, mathematics, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, Office Suite, and VBA programming preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to act with a sense of urgency.
