• Produce compelling data visualizations and narratives that support client decision-making.
• Mentor and develop skills within the junior team members.
• Balance creativity and practicality in project delivery to adhere to client standards and timelines.
• Pioneer advancements in People Analytics, Machine Learning, AI, and related areas within the team.
