What You Will Do

- Utilizing recent Machine Learning techniques to solve challenging problems and enhance model performance.

- Staying updated with the latest trends in ML and Natural Language Processing (NLP), and sharing insights through conferences and internal channels.
- Leading initiatives to boost the robustness and efficiency of Zendesk’s AI functionalities.
- Engaging with academic entities by collaborating on projects and supervising MSc theses.
- Contributing to community service and volunteer opportunities alongside a global team of professionals.
Who You Are
Our ideal candidate has:
- An MSc or higher in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields.
- A strong foundation in statistics and Machine Learning.
- Proficiency in Python and experience with major deep learning frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Keras.
- A curious, results-oriented mindset with a pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Past exposure to Natural Language Processing (NLP) is highly advantageous.
