At JPMorgan Chase & Co., a renowned leader in global financial services, we are currently looking for a motivated Vice President - Performance Analytics Lead Data Scientist to join our dynamic Data Analytics and Reporting (DART) - Performance Analytics team. This team plays a pivotal role in supporting the Consumer and Community Banking (CCB) Performance Excellence program, focusing on delivering high-quality insights that drive strategic decisions and boost the employee experience through our innovative employee engagement platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Examine platform features and enhancements to pinpoint significant touchpoints that impact employee engagement and performance.
  • Create and maintain a robust data asset for analytics and reporting, facilitating ongoing support for strategic business needs.
  • Perform in-depth analysis to explore patterns in employee engagement and performance, highlighting areas for advancement.
  • Develop and execute insight-driven strategies to monitor and enhance engagement and performance outcomes.
  • Collaborate with leaders and stakeholders within the Performance Excellence framework to establish and calibrate metrics and KPIs, improving platform efficacy and user adoption.
  • Lead A/B testing experiments to sharpen both strategy development and platform interactions.
  • Deliver compelling, data-driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders to bolster strategic initiatives and elevate employee satisfaction and productivity.
  • Utilize sophisticated data visualization and storytelling techniques to engage senior audiences effectively.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher with over 8 years of experience in a quantitative or related field.
  • Proficiency in statistical software such as SAS, Python, SQL, and R.
  • Strong understanding of statistical methods and concepts, with expert knowledge in statistical techniques, predictive modeling, time series forecasting, and text mining.
  • Proven ability to distill complex concepts into clear, consumable content for a broad audience.
  • Expertise in converting analytical data into relevant, actionable insights aligned with strategic business goals.
  • Exceptional storytelling capabilities with a focus on clarity and impact.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in HR and call center analytics, particularly in employee engagement and performance metrics.
  • Knowledge of social media analytics or familiarity with gamification strategies, tools, and analytics.
