Job Description:

As an AI Data Scientist with Blend360, you will:

• Collaborate with industry leaders and clients to clearly understand their challenges, data intricacies, and business environments.
• Design Data Science solutions by proposing various strategies, articulating their advantages and limitations.
• Develop roadmaps and align stakeholders on strategies, deliverables, and timelines to ensure cohesive progress.
• Join our global Data Science team to implement AI-driven solutions utilizing cutting-edge machine learning techniques.
• Build and maintain robust data pipelines across multiple architectures, processing data from diverse sources using SQL, Spark, and cloud big data technologies.
• Create tools to derive actionable insights that directly impact customer acquisition, operational efficiency, and other key business metrics.
• Engage in extensive data analysis, employing advanced statistical methods and documenting critical insights for strategic decision-making.
• Deploy predictive models and machine learning algorithms, transitioning from developmental stages to full-scale production environments.

Qualifications:

Prospective candidates should have:

• An MS degree in Statistics, Math, Data Analytics, or a closely related quantitative discipline.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in Advanced Data Science including predictive modeling, statistical analysis, and machine learning.
• Proficiency in Data Science programming languages such as Python, R, or SAS and experience with SQL and various database systems.
• Demonstrated expertise in deploying machine learning models and familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
• Practical knowledge of Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and experience with AI, especially in LLMs and RAG models, is highly advantageous.
