What You’ll Do:

As the first AI Prompt Engineer at Spotter, you will lead the charge in enhancing our next-generation creator tools through cutting-edge AI technology. You'll develop and refine AI prompts, maximize the reliability of models like Llama 3 and Stable Diffusion 3, and innovate processes within our product framework.

• Design AI prompts that enhance creativity and performance of LLMs and image models.
• Conduct thorough testing and analysis to optimize AI model capabilities.
• Manage and expand our AI prompt repository to improve user experience and output quality.
• Ensure all AI-generated content passes detailed QA processes for accuracy and stability before release.
• Collaborate closely with Engineers, Product Managers, and UX Researchers to seamlessly integrate AI enhancements.

Who You Are:

• Experienced in creating and testing prompts for AI consumer software.
• Adept in using LLMs and staying abreast of technological advancements.
• Enthusiastic about solving complex problems with a creative approach.
• Skilled in the technical aspects of generative AI models.
• Capable of working effectively both independently and within a team.

Additional Valued Skills:

• Programming skills in Python or similar languages.
• Experience with multimodal LLMs in creative contexts.
• Deep knowledge of AI and machine learning, particularly NLP and generative models.
