Program Context

Join our 'Evergreen' program, Michelin's dedicated initiative for continuous improvement in the performance and reliability of Information Systems. This project seeks to optimize operational costs, improve user experience, and support responsible digital practices.

Role Mission

As part of the Evergreen team, you will contribute to the ‘Quality and Adoption’ transformation program for IT reference frameworks. You'll handle vital analyses for IT operations management, ranging from security handling to environmental impact assessments. You will lead in-depth analyses of IT referentials, such as CMDB and application flow, and propose enhancement actions under the guidance of the program manager. Furthermore, integration of AI use cases to ensure efficient quality control will be a significant part of your role.

Key Activities

  • Analyze IT referential data quality, identify gaps and propose solutions.
  • Implement actions to enhance data quality and collaborate with operational teams to ensure effective implementation.
  • Evaluate and adjust action plans based on their effectiveness and feedback from users.
  • Explore AI capabilities to improve data quality control processes.

Desired Profile

Candidates should have a Master's degree or equivalent in Engineering with a strong background in data analysis and AI. Proficiency in Python and data visualization tools like Power BI is essential. You should possess autonomy, problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly in both French and English.

Important Application Information

Your training organization must be Qualiopi certified. Please confirm the type of contract (apprenticeship or professionalization) with your school, including the cost of your training. The apprenticeship will take place exclusively in Metropolitan France. Michelin will provide a dedicated mentor to support your development throughout the apprenticeship.

Compensation Details

Monthly compensation varies based on your level of education, age, and contract type, ranging from €1447 to €1630 gross per month.
