Consulting Focus: Business Consulting (CNS - BC - Finance)

• Finance Consulting: Transforming finance functions to improve performance and effectiveness through service and cost initiatives.
• Business Transformation: Combining capabilities in transformation architecture, experience design, business design, and execution for large-scale programs.
• Supply Chain and Operations: Delivering strategic, operational, and financial insights to support sales growth, cost competitiveness, risk minimization, and operational resilience.

Your Key Responsibilities

Technical Excellence

• Proficiency in Python, Java, or R, and experience with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow or Keras (3+ years required).
• Expertise in AI model implementation, validation, enhancement, and cloud platforms, with experience in API creation using Flask and SQL queries.
• Advanced machine learning techniques, including hyper-parameter tuning, cross-validation, CI/CD pipelines, and production deployments.

Qualifications & Experience

• Proficiency in programming languages like Python, Java, or R, with experience in machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or Keras (2+ years required).
• Proven experience in AI model development, validation, and implementation, including AI technologies and algorithms.
• Strong troubleshooting and optimization skills in AI procedures, deep understanding of machine learning concepts, data analytics, and statistical modeling.
• Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, excellent problem-solving abilities, and strong communication skills.
• 1-2 years of experience in AI and Gen AI.
