Role Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for impactful projects.
• Assess and report Marketing performance, combining it with behavioral data.
• Support Tableau developers with specifications for Visual Analytics projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality data solutions.
• Perform data operations with SQL and Python for data analysis.
• Manage data models and pipelines in Snowflake and our other data warehouses.
• Maintain a clean and documented codebase in GitHub.
• Stay updated with industry trends in analytics, data science, and data engineering.

Qualifications

• BSc in Computer Science, Data Science, related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Basic knowledge of marketing approaches.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases.
• Strong programming skills in Python and understanding of OOP.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
• Analytical mindset to interpret complex data and provide insights.
• Great communication skills in English (German is a plus).
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects.
• Proactive and collaborative attitude, eager to learn new technologies.
• Basic understanding of ETL tools like Apache Airflow, dbt is preferred.
• Familiarity with Machine Learning and Visual Analytics is a plus.
• On-the-job experience as an Analytics Engineer, Data Scientist, or similar role is helpful.
