Job Description

As an Application and Data Architect in our Architecture Service, you will play a pivotal role within the IT/Digital teams. You will collaborate closely with IT/Digital teams across various business domains, including R&D, manufacturing, and supply chain, to address their requests and ensure the effective transformation and architecture of applications and data.

Your Responsibilities

  • Support the transformation of the information system and oversee AP architecture, applications, data, and technologies.
  • Document the architecture of applications and data within the domain.
  • Coordinate architecture choices related to applications, data, and technologies.
  • Support and coordinate IT/digital AP projects during solution selection, design, and production phases.
  • Contribute to service quality monitoring, supporting necessary architectural changes.
  • Communicate and publish directives, standards, and policies at the group level.
  • Participate in calls for tenders, evaluate vendors and products, and lead technical communities.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in computer science, business management, or equivalent.
  • At least 10 years of experience in IT management within industry (preferably watchmaking) and a minimum of 5 years in enterprise architecture, application lifecycle management, and complex solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of current IT technologies, architectural models, and solution development.
  • Experience in managing programs and projects, driving change, and handling transitions.
  • Familiarity with business processes (R&D, Industrial Production, Supply Chain, Quality) and enterprise application architectures: n-tiers, services, SaaS, integration.
  • Certifications such as ITIL, Togaf, Agile (SCRUM, KANBAN), SDLC are a plus.
  • Ability to work on cross-functional projects with internal and external stakeholders, including international teams, and to simplify technical concepts.
  • Proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written.
