Your Role as an Applied Machine Learning Lead

In this critical role, you will craft deep personalization models and complex optimization algorithms, enhancing our user experience and bridging connections with new products and services. Your contributions will be crucial in the expansion of our data science capabilities, forming a robust team of data scientists and machine learning engineers dedicated to escalating customer engagement and improving the quality of leads directed to our partners.

This hands-on position will have you delving deep into data and coding, overseeing the integration of cutting-edge machine learning solutions across our product range. You'll collaborate closely with our Product, Engineering, Performance, and Business Intelligence teams to strategically plan ML initiatives, assess their potential impact, and prioritize these projects.

Success Looks Like

• Innovating and designing ML solutions to tackle diverse business challenges.
• Implementing advanced machine learning systems like Multi-Armed Bandit solutions and Large Language Models for content personalization.
• Enhancing recommendation systems for optimal ad and offer delivery.
• Working alongside different stakeholders to upgrade our model infrastructure and monitoring systems.
• Providing vital data science support throughout various project stages.
• Leading and mentoring our Data Science team, fostering skill development and innovation.

What You Need to Succeed

• Over 4 years of experience in Data Science & Machine Learning, with a minimum of 2 years in the Marketing/Advertising industry.
• A robust background in Machine Learning and Statistics, and proficiency with SQL, Python, and various data science tools.
• Experience in managing complex projects and collaborating across multiple teams.
• Expertise in creating ML solutions using cloud services like AWS/GCP, and knowledge of the ML model development lifecycle.
• Proven skills in managing and developing a team of data science professionals.
• Strong communication abilities to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Total Rewards & Compensation
