Job Opportunity: Senior AI/ML Developer at DMC India

Role Summary

Join our “DMC AI Solutions” team as a Senior AI/ML Developer in the India region. We are seeking an expert with in-depth experience in model design, data preparation, development, back testing, deployment, and support, with substantial knowledge to support this role comprehensively. Our mission is to explore, prototype, and integrate AI technologies to achieve intelligent automation and analytics at scale, adhering to the internal Architecture AI team policies and recommendations.

Role Description

We are looking for a Senior AI/ML Developer with 8-10 years of software development experience and at least 3 years of advanced Python programming. The ideal candidate will possess advanced coding and software engineering skills and a strong understanding of testing, code reviews, and deployment principles. Experience in both On-prem and Cloud-based enterprise application development is essential.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Design and develop AI/ML components and solutions using Python in On-Prem/Cloud-based tools and techniques.
• Manage and utilize appropriate tools in the cloud, with experience in CI/CD processes.
• Develop and implement AI/ML models to meet current and future business needs.
• Handle technical design, application build, configuration, unit testing, deployment, and production support.
• Conduct requirement analysis, problem diagnosis (Root Cause Analysis), and problem resolution, including escalation to service owners if needed.
• Prepare and maintain appropriate technical and compliance documentation.

Additionally, strong written and verbal communication skills are a must.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or related field.

Core Skills:

• Advanced Python programming abilities.
• Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms and techniques, including supervised, unsupervised, and deep learning.
• Experience working with large-scale datasets and implementing scalable ML solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about complex technical challenges.
• Effective communication skills to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

• Data Analysis/Science, Financial Model Development, NLP, and AWS Databricks AI/ML Ops.
• Experience with tools and frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Scikit-Learn, XGBoost, FastAI, MATLAB, LightGBM, Theano, Google ML Kit, MxNet, and Caffe.
