Responsibilities:

• Maintain technical baseline competency and remain aware of the latest advancements.
• Research, analyze, and interpret scientific data related to data analytics, AI, or ML.
• Apply advanced methods and techniques towards data analytics, AI, and ML.
• Integrate and interpret data through various methodologies.
• Develop, recommend, and refine methods, theories, and techniques to evaluate solutions, enhance performance standards, quality, and productivity.
• Apply knowledge of market and technology trends, authorities, and policies to support research decisions.
• Communicate complex technical issues to a non-technical audience.

Requirements:

Citizenship: Must be a US citizen

Security Clearance: Must have and be able to maintain a Secret clearance and TS with SCI eligibility

Education: Master's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, or Applied Sciences

Experience: Minimum 14 years in:

• AI/ML, Data Engineering, or Data Science
• Hands-on problem-solving in AI including classification, object detection/tracking, semantic segmentation by design and training
• Research and development addressing cutting-edge issues in AI/ML or Data Science
• Computer Vision and ML, including Deep Learning (Supervised/Unsupervised/Transfer), Reinforcement Learning: Q-learning, SARSA, Deep Reinforcement Learning, Policy Gradients, Multi-Agent Reinforcement Learning
• Neuromorphic computing, adversarial AI/ML, or generative adversarial networks
• Peer-reviewed and conference publications

Preferred Experience:

• Certifications: IAT Level III
• Education: PhD in Engineering or Applied Sciences (Mechanical, Electrical, Computer, Physics, Mathematics, or Data Science) with 10 years of experience in AI/ML, Data Engineering, or Data Science

Benefits:

This position is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus.
