Key Responsibilities:

• Lead rigorous testing and iterative processes based on user feedback and performance data to continually enhance prompt efficacy.

• Proactively address and reduce biases in AI outputs, fostering an environment of ethical AI usage that safeguards user privacy and promotes fairness.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, Cognitive Science, or related fields.
• Solid experience in prompt engineering and AI development, supported by a robust portfolio demonstrating effective AI interactions.
• In-depth understanding of generative AI technologies, their underlying mechanisms, and proficient prompting techniques.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and innovative thinking in creating prompts for complex inquiries.
• Knowledge of AI ethics, particularly in identifying and mitigating biases in AI outputs.
• Exceptional teamwork and communication abilities, capable of engaging across technical and non-technical groups.
