Job Responsibilities

As an Assistant Manager - Data Scientist at KPMG India, you will:

• Leverage data-driven techniques to design, develop, and improve Generative AI models, utilizing your expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and statistics.
• Utilize Python for building high-quality Generative AI (GenAI) systems, demonstrating expert-level skills in Python libraries and frameworks such as NumPy, Pandas, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Llamachain, and LangChain.
• Have strong development experience with Language Model Models (LLMs) like GPT-4 and Llama2, and robust experience with embedding methods.
• Focus on the optimization and fine-tuning of LLMs, including embedding and LLM evaluations.
• Build and maintain robust data pipelines, responsible for collecting, cleaning, processing, and transforming raw data into a usable format for the Generative AI models.
• Run rigorous testing and validation of models to ensure accuracy, quality, and model generalization on unseen datasets.
• Stay updated on the latest developments in Data Science, AI, and Machine Learning to continually enhance project methodologies and outcomes.
• Present complex results clearly and concisely to stakeholders with diverse backgrounds, offering strategic advice based on model findings.
• Ensure all models and algorithms adhere to KPMG standards, best practices, and comply with relevant regulatory and company privacy policies.

Required Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science engineering or equivalent relevant experience.
• Certifications in cloud technologies, especially with Azure open AI, are highly desirable.
