What you get to do in this role:

• Contribute to the Development of Security Analytics: You will be crucial in constructing and improving our security analytics program. Your work will directly influence the efficiency and effectiveness of our Security Organization.
• Lead Cross-Team Analytics Projects: You will manage cross-team analytics projects, working together with colleagues from various departments. Your projects will greatly influence the overall performance of the security organization.
• Optimize Tools and Platforms: You will work on the extension and optimization of essential tools and platforms to meet the increasing demand for analytics in our rapidly advancing security organization.
• Collaborate Across Levels: You will interact with a diverse range of end users, from individual team members to senior leaders. Your aim is to steer the implementation of effective analytics solutions that tackle security challenges.
• Integrate Machine Learning: You will research, recommend and implement new machine learning capabilities throughout the organization. You will have access to various tools and training resources to support your projects.
• Stay Updated with Data Science and AI Trends: You will consistently examine current trends in data science and AI. Use your insights to expand and upgrade our processes, tools, and capabilities in the security sector.
• Global Collaboration: You will foster robust working relationships with professionals at all levels, working with teams across different locations globally. Your ability to work within a global network will be essential to your success in this role.

Qualifications

For succeeding in this role, we need someone who has:

• A Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proficient SQL, Python, and Power BI skills.
• Knowledge of, or experience working with, Snowflake or similar cloud data warehousing or tools.
• 0-2 years of experience in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of machine learning, data analysis, and statistical modeling.
• Ability to work efficiently in a team and independently.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
• Capability to quickly investigate, learn and work with new applications and tools.
• Basics in databases and analytics.
• Experience in planning and implementing project roadmaps.
• Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills to communicate to all levels of individuals (Entry level – Exec).
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills to manage a variety of projects of different scales simultaneously.
• Self-motivated passion for creating new things and maintaining previous projects.
• Expertise and proficiency in leveraging a wide range of technology tools and solutions to automate processes and support various fast-growing and changing business needs.
• Exceptional relationship-building skills with empathy and social awareness to successfully engage with people and groups from various cultural backgrounds and locations worldwide.
• JavaScript, Tableau, and ServiceNow Platform experience would be advantageous.

For roles in California (outside of the Bay Area), we offer a base salary of $95,490 - $138,510, plus equity (if applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales roles generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation package. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time off plan and family leave programs (subject to eligibility requirements). Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located, and is subject to change based on work location. For individuals who will be working in the Bay Area, there is a pay enhancement for roles located in that geographical area; please contact your recruiter for additional information.
