Job Description

INSAGIC is seeking an Associate Director of Data Architecture to join our expanding analytics division (ARIS). This pivotal role involves defining information management and analytics needs, establishing data architecture requirements, designing and delivering solutions, as well as managing quality assurance functions. From initial build to ongoing maintenance, documentation, and expansion, you will oversee our data and information management infrastructure.

The Associate Director of Data Architecture will shape our healthcare informatics strategy, create and implement information management policies and procedures, and set organizational goals. You will foster cross-functional synergies, manage outsourcing relationships, and collaborate with leadership to develop solutions that address current and future information management needs of Publicis Health. Furthermore, you will leverage and align analytical capabilities to advance data-driven marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

As the Associate Director of Data Architecture, you will:

  • Work closely with executive leadership and cross-functional business stakeholders to align data and technology with strategic and operational objectives.
  • Establish a vision for a multi-year strategic roadmap to build and implement top-tier data-driven solutions for current and future business needs.
  • Attract and nurture a high-performance team with diverse, complementary skills aligning with the strategic roadmap.
  • Provide guidance on exploiting healthcare data sources, including NDC, ATC, RxNorm, SNOMED, ICD, and others, ensuring effective utilization for client insights.
  • Define standards for clinical/healthcare data governance, integration, decision-support, data access, management, analytics, quality, and vendor relationships.
  • Develop and enforce data security policies in compliance with HIPAA/HITECH and other regulatory requirements.
  • Create a framework for data sourcing decisions and scalable vendor management processes.
  • Prioritize tasks related to selecting, acquiring, developing, and managing core data assets.
  • Oversee the inventory, documentation, and cataloging of data assets to achieve full lifecycle value, collaborating with key business and product stakeholders.
  • Stay updated with technology standards, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
  • Coordinate and consult with third-party vendors as needed.

Qualifications

  • BS in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or Engineering required; a master’s degree is a strong plus.
  • 8-10 years of professional hands-on experience.
  • Proven ability to manage and deliver a variety of data infrastructure solutions successfully.
  • Demonstrated ability to onboard and validate complex data assets, and lead effectively amidst ambiguity and evolving business needs.
  • Skills in multitasking with proper prioritization; agile methods and frameworks preferred.
  • Proficient understanding of data privacy best practices, HIPAA compliance, and data security.

Additional Information

Compensation Range: $106,500 - $179,000 annually. This range is based on the company's assessment at the time of posting and may vary depending on the applicant's skills, qualifications, experience, and position requirements. The Company offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
