Job Description and Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing our financial data systems and processes. This position involves critical activities like analyzing, interpreting, and automating financial data extraction to drive business strategy and operational efficiency.

• Utilize advanced statistical and machine learning techniques to derive insights from complex financial datasets.
• Develop predictive models to improve financial forecasting and risk mitigation.
• Implement and enhance data visualization techniques to effectively communicate analytic findings to stakeholders.
• Lead sensitivity analyses to evaluate potential financial impacts under various scenarios.
• Innovate data collection and integration processes through advanced automation and technology.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends in financial analysis and data reporting, applying industry best practices.
• Promote a culture of continuous enhancement by iterating on feedback.
• Ensure cohesive collaboration between finance and IT departments for optimal system integration.
• Engage with external consultants to leverage additional expertise when needed.
• Support the organization's compliance with financial standards and regulations.
• Assist in internal and external audits as required.
• Work in tandem with various teams including finance, operations, and IT to tailor financial data solutions.

Qualifications

Our ideal candidate will have:

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Management.
• Exceptional skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling.
• Proficiency in tools like SQL and Python for financial analysis and data manipulation.
• A robust history of personal initiative and excellent project management capabilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to communicate across various departments.
• 7-10 years of progressive management experience in Finance with documented achievements.

Preferred qualifications include professional certifications such as CFA or CPA.
