About the Role

We are currently seeking an Associate Manager - Finance to join our dynamic team in Mumbai. This role involves various accounting and reporting responsibilities including payroll, reconciliation, tax compliance, and general accounting operations.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Calculate monthly prepayments, accruals, deferred revenue, and unbilled revenue.
• Prepare AR invoices and ensure accuracy following a detailed checklist.
• Review payroll for compliance with both Indian and global regulations.
• Evaluate bookkeeping schedules monthly to comply with professional standards and policies including IFRS/Ind AS.
• Examine financial records and reports as part of the internal control procedures.
• Cross-reference documents to verify assets and liabilities.
• Conduct balance sheet reconciliations for all accounts.
• Assist in both internal and external audits.
• Prepare annual financial statements and regulatory returns.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in finance and accounting.
• Preference for CA/CMA Inter certification.
• A thorough understanding of financial risk management.
• Strong grasp of accounts receivable and accounts payable processes.
