Microsoft is seeking a highly driven Azure Data & AI Specialist Manager to lead our dynamic team within the enterprise sales organization. Key Responsibilities:

People Management:

Sales Execution:

• Drive impactful customer engagements by bringing innovative industry insights and leading digital transformation initiatives.
• Utilize Microsoft's sales processes to nurture opportunities, advise customers, and lead high-impact solution sales that promote extensive business value.
• Collaborate across teams and with partners to enhance customer engagements and drive consumption of our solutions.

Scaling and Collaboration:

• Expand our reach and influence by building robust networks of partnership and collaboration.
• Lead strategic partner integration and orchestration to maximize market penetration and customer satisfaction.

Technical Expertise and Sales Excellence:

• Support and lead your team in spearheading Microsoft events and promoting best practices.
• Enhance market understanding, innovate our portfolio, and facilitate customer-driven innovation."

Qualifications:

Essential:

• 7+ years in technology-related sales or account management, or a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field plus 6+ years of similar experience.

Preferred:

• 9+ years in technology-related sales or an advanced degree with extensive industry experience.
• Proven leadership in managing sales teams and in-depth knowledge of solution or services sales.

Salary and Benefits:

The role offers a competitive salary ranging from CAD $139,100 to CAD $205,700, based on the candidate's qualifications and experience. Microsoft provides a diverse range of benefits subject to the employment nature and location.
