About the Role

As an Azure Data Engineer, you will collaborate with our project teams and stakeholders to develop top-tier data solutions that leverage Azure services such as Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, Azure SQL Data Warehouse, and Power BI. Your contribution will help drive innovative data solutions for renowned sports organizations around the globe.

If you have a passion for sports and technology, this role offers the unique opportunity to work alongside some of the biggest names in the industry, including the NFL, Premier League, Formula 1, Wimbledon, and UEFA, to name a few.

Ideal Candidate Experience

• Proven experience in Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, and Azure SQL Data Warehouse.
• Skilled in requirement gathering, data warehousing, and data modeling design.
• Strong capability in developing end-to-end data warehousing solutions using Azure services.
• Proficiency in SQL, with deep knowledge in stored procedures, functions, and table design within a data warehousing environment.
• Familiarity with source control tools such as GIT.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a keen attention to detail.
• Experience with Azure Data Lake, Azure Synapse Analytics, and Power BI is highly advantageous.
• Knowledge of Python or PySpark is desirable.
