Your Role and Responsibilities

Sales Execution: Manage your territory as your own enterprise, constantly honing your skills to stay at the top in Infrastructure sales. Gain recognition through impactful sharing and learning, contributing to meaningful business outcomes.

Scaling and Collaboration: Excel at collaborating across a network of partners and stakeholders to optimize cross-selling and up-selling opportunities. Your skill in developing joint proposals and addressing capability gaps in partner strategies will be key.

Technical Expertise: Position yourself as the leading technical expert and trusted advisor. Influence customer commitments by showcasing superior knowledge in Microsoft Infrastructure and security solutions through tailored messages and strategic presentations.

Sales Excellence: Directly engage with customers to unearth new projects that align with their business strategies, utilizing core Microsoft tools and strategies to identify and prioritize top-echelon customers.

Deliver Results Through Teamwork: Identify customer and operational needs in partnership with others, prioritize, and address barriers effectively to allocate resources aptly.

Qualifications

Experience: You should have a proven track record of 5-7 years in solution selling within the domains of infrastructure, HCI, DC migration, VDI, and security. Prior experience with financial industry clients is preferred.

Skills: Strong aptitude for engaging in customer conversations, driving revenue growth through personal campaigns, and leveraging Microsoft’s sales processes to progress sales opportunities. Experience in consumption drive and technical readiness is crucial.

Certifications: Azure Associate Administrator certification or equivalent knowledge is preferred.

Personal Traits: A problem solver, knowledgeable about business value, collaborates effectively, and leverages technical frameworks like Cloud Adoption Framework for Azure.

Preferred Qualifications

Proficient understanding of Microsoft Azure Cloud platform, hybrid cloud technologies, and security solutions. Experience with large cloud engagements, particularly in the public sector and familiarity with the competitive landscape, including AWS and GCP.
