Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Big Data Java Solutions Architect to enhance our dynamic Digital, Data & Cloud Practice.

In this role, you will:

• Lead the development of projects using Java and Python.
• Design and develop API integrations utilizing Spark.
• Work closely with clients and internal teams to devise high-level and low-level design solutions that meet business needs.
• Architect and design data flows and integrations with Hadoop.
• Collaborate with product teams and testers to ensure rigorous testing.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including solution architecture and user guides.
• Provide training and support to both end users and client teams.
• Stay abreast of the latest industry trends and best practices, sharing knowledge within the team.

Qualifications

To excel in this role, you need:

• Strong expertise in Java and Python development.
• Proven experience with Spark or Hadoop.
• Familiarity with Trino or Airflow is desirable.
• Exceptional ability in designing and implementing solutions focused on scalability and security.
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills.
