Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and refine data processing methodologies to enhance business operations.
• Collaborate with underwriters to design automated systems and illustrative dashboards that streamline tasks and present critical business metrics effectively.
• Lead projects in predictive modeling and implement innovative AI tools to support decision-making processes.
• Partner with internal and external analytics teams to advance our data capabilities and integrate sophisticated technologies.
• Drive the strategy for data science within the team, staying ahead of trends such as Generative AI.
• Build and maintain strong relationships across Chubb’s data science community.

Desired Qualifications and Skills:

• Degree in Mathematics, Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Python, with a strong background in Excel (VBA) and SQL.
• Experience in using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
