About the Opportunity

This Cloud Data Architect position involves comprehensive responsibilities including the design, administration, and troubleshooting of business intelligence structures. You will lead efforts in complex data design, metadata and repository management, and improve infrastructure and automation processes. This role serves as a pillar for maintaining high data quality and integrity across our systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage database architectures, metadata, and repositories.
• Configure database parameters, optimize resource allocation, and ensure data accuracy.
• Lead troubleshooting efforts, product support analyses, and maintenance of application architectures.
• Create complex data analytic models and reports to support management decision-making.
• Collaborate in an Agile team to support IT projects through conceptual, logical, and physical design strategies.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Proficiency with AWS services such as S3, Glue, Lambda, Aurora Postgres, and integration tools.
• Strong background in Java Cloud technologies, Python, or Scala programming languages.
• Experience with CI/CD and using Terraform for cloud infrastructure provisioning.
• Excellent project management skills and business analysis abilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 9 years relevant experience in IT and data architecture.
• Bachelor’s or higher degree in a relevant discipline.
• IT-related certifications are preferred.
