Role Summary

As a Cloud Solution Architect within the Global Customer Success (GCS) organization, centered on the Azure AI platform, this role involves guiding and enabling customers to realize significant value from their investment in Microsoft technologies. With your expertise in Microsoft Azure, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Machine Learning (ML), you will lead technical dialogs that drive strategic impacts, elevate technical capabilities in deliverable projects, and propel operational excellence across multiple teams.

This dynamic position integrates hands-on tasks in accelerating the adoption of Generative AI solutions, engaging in technical troubleshooting to facilitate customer success projects, and influencing our product enhancements through direct feedback to the Engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Accelerate client transitions from Proof of Concept (PoC) to Production with Azure AI workloads, including Azure OpenAI, Azure Cognitive Search, and Azure Machine Learning.

- Provide Generative AI expertise and advisory, from architectural design and proof of concepts to production reviews and post-sales support.

- Expand Azure AI solutions among existing customers and lead technical escalations to address and resolve customer challenges in collaboration with key Microsoft stakeholders.

- Drive continuous product improvements and roadmap influence with insightful technical contributions.

- Enhance AI technical depth within Microsoft through upskilling, best practices sharing, and crafting scalable solutions.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business, or related field coupled with proven experience in cloud infrastructures and AI service domains. Experience with Azure AI technologies, including Azure OpenAI, is essential. Familiarity with enterprise-scale system architectures and project management in customer-facing roles is also required.

Preferred Qualifications

Expertise in application development (Python, Java), cloud application deployment (Azure Functions, Kubernetes), and architecture design 3-tier flowcharts. Technical Certifications in Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google) are highly advantageous.
