Job Summary:
As a Generative AI Prompt Engineer, you will pioneer the creation and optimization of prompts that drive our cutting-edge generative AI models. This role places you at the heart of our AI operations, enhancing the performance and effectiveness of our AI-driven products and services to ensure they uphold utmost accuracy, relevance, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and refine AI prompts to ensure high-quality, relevant, and contextually accurate interactions with generative AI models.
• Collaborate with internal business groups to gather specific requirements for AI use cases.
• Work alongside cross-functional teams such as machine learning engineers, product managers, and UX designers to embed AI-driven features seamlessly.
• Engage in extensive testing and iterative refinement of AI prompts based on user feedback and performance analytics to continually enhance the quality.
• Keep updated with the latest trends and practices in AI and prompt engineering to maintain a competitive edge.
• Identify and reduce biases in AI responses, advocating for ethical AI practices that prioritize privacy and fairness.
• Document the prompt design processes and establish clear guidelines for best practices within the team.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, Cognitive Science, or related fields.
• Demonstrable experience in prompt engineering and AI development, supported by a strong portfolio of effective AI interactions.
• Deep understanding of generative AI technologies, their mechanisms, and effective prompting techniques.
• Exceptional problem-solving capabilities and creativity in addressing complex queries with AI.
• Awareness of AI ethics and skills in mitigating biases in AI outputs.
• Outstanding collaboration and communication abilities, capable of working in dynamic teams and conveying concepts to a diverse audience.
• Adaptability and agility in a rapidly evolving tech landscape.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Machine Learning (ML) frameworks and tools.
